Our after-sales service department is run by Paul Gore whom has worked at Todds for the past 20 years, progressing from service technician to service manager.
He has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the motorhome industry, which he has been part of for 34 years and is highly respected by colleagues and customers. Paul will be happy to assist and rectify any issues you may have with your vehicle.
Tony Wilkinson is our on-site fully qualified and approved auto electrician whom has worked at Todds for over 20 years. He has a huge amount of knowledge and experience due to being in the industry for 35 years and is very passionate about his work.

SERVICE CENTRE
Your motorhome is your pride and joy, so you want to ensure it is in safe hands. Our service team here at Todds have been in the industry for many years and each bring their own expertise and qualities to the workplace.
To keep up to date with current systems and enhance their product knowledge, the technicians regularly attend training course around the country and Europe to undertake manufactures specific training.
Our fully equipped 8 bay service centre, open 6 days a week is available to carry out habitation servicing, repairs and the fitment of equipment to your new or pre-owned motorhome to the very highest of standards.
To ensure your motorhome operates correctly we recommend the habitational area is inspected annually. Our habitation service involves an in-depth multi-point inspection which includes gas pressure and soundness testing, electrical systems including 12v & 240v, water systems and a moisture test.
AUTO ELECTRICAL SERVICES
For a more relaxed driving experience, we can offer in built satellite navigation systems, cruise control, audio upgrades and parking aids.
For your peace of mind, insurance approved bespoke security installations can be fitted by Tony whom has collaborated with Cobra/Vodaphone automotive for 27 years.
Many of our customers enjoy travelling in warmer climates, so for your comfort we can install air conditioning to the habitation area of your motorhome and for those who enjoy wild camping, the fitting of on-board generators, solar panels and mobile wi-fi area ideal for the “off grid” experience.

WARRANTY
Warranty at Todds is managed by Martine Todd and Paul Gore who will process claims on behalf of the customer whose vehicle is covered by the manufacturers or used vehicle warranty, under the terms and conditions of that policy.
All vehicles that have a warranty must have an annual habitation service, within a specified period to keep the policy valid, this will generally be around the month of its first registration.
It’s advisable to familiarise yourself with the full terms and conditions of your policy for information on what is included within your motorhome warranty.
