Our After Sales, Service and Warranty Department is run by both Jeff Gaffney and Philip Rigby who have worked within the industry for many years having worked for Lunar, Nu-Venture and Hymer before progressing to their current position as the After Sales Managers. Between them they have a great wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of motorhome fitments and repairs. Jeff and Phil will be happy to sort out any problems you have with your motorhome, or simply book you in for a service.

The Service Staff offer you over 100 years of experience between them. These include Mr. Tony Wilkinson, a V.S.I.B approved auto electrician (Vehicle Security Installation Board) he is one of only a small number of qualified "Automotive Electricians" qualified to fit Thatcham approved Alarms, Vehicle Immobilizers, Satalite Navigation Systems, Reversing Cameras and Sensors, DVD Players, CD Players and Satalitte TV Systems and Dishes to name but a few.

Courtesy vehicles - We can provide a courtesy car while your motorhome is being worked on, subject to prior arrangement and availability.

Service Department

Whether you want to book your vehicle in for an annual SMMT service, fitment of equipment; (Tow Bars, Fiamma/Omnister Blinds, Bike Racks etc.) carry out warranty repairs or slight bodywork/paintwork we will be happy to assist.
